Susan Hirsch founded Hirsch & Associates in 1999 to offer her experience in strategic philanthropic and non-profit advising to a broad range of individuals and families. Over the past decade, the firm's expertise has deepened in a number of areas, including public education, parks, and community and civic issues.

At Hirsch & Associates, we specialize in helping clients to identify their values and to translate those values into meaningful philanthropic programs. We collaborate with our clients to design a detailed, customized philanthropic plan. We then implement that plan - whether it involves organizing annual giving, providing comprehensive philanthropic management, or creating a public-private partnership to bring a novel solution to an underfunded civic need.
