Our firm provides a comprehensive range of philanthropic
services, including:
Philanthropy Management - administering
and supervising all aspects of your philanthropy, essentially
serving as your foundation office and staff.
Program Management - acting as
program staff on behalf of our clients. This includes managing
relationships with current and potential nonprofit grantees,
participating in board meetings, and serving as a resource
and guide in program areas.
Program Development - through discussion,
research and community knowledge, we work with our clients
to develop and execute grantmaking plans that reflect their
values and areas of interest.
Defining/Refining Structures -
setting up systems and infrastructure for grantmaking or helping
to refine systems and infrastructure that are already in place.
Examples include mission, guidelines, governance, legacy and
donor intent.
Mentoring - acting as a guide to
help clients refine their grantmaking skills. This service
ranges from meeting once per month to providing daily guidance
in-house.
Specific Issue - providing consulting
services on a project basis in a particular area of charitable
giving. Examples include researching an issue area, providing
options when considering a foundation, and helping clients
align their values with their grantmaking.
